Cancellation Policy
- Daily reservations for larger accommodations: 3 Night Minimum
(Efficiency apartments, cabins, suites, penthouses, cottages, chalets, cozy ranch, wooded ranch, cross suite, new suite, new house): all require a 1-night deposit fee. There is a 1-month notice of cancellation, so customer must cancel one month prior (or sooner) to arrival.
- Weekly reservation for larger accommodations: (Efficiency apartments, cabins, suites, penthouses, cottages, chalets, cozy ranch, wooded ranch, cross suite, new suite, new house): all require a deposit, amount varies on unit. Customers will receive a deposit refund, minus a $30.00 cancellation fee if they cancel 4-months (or sooner) to arrival.
- If customer fails to cancel their reservation in the allotted time period they will forfeit the deposit and are responsible for their entire stay.
